Shipping policy

WHERE WE SHIP

We currently ship to the United States and Canada.

PROCESSING TIME

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

DELIVERY TIME

Orders ship from our USA warehouse and typically arrive within 2–5 business days after dispatch. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships.

SHIPPING RATES

Standard shipping is FREE on all orders.

TRACKING

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number so you can follow your package to your door.

LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGES

If your order is delayed beyond the estimated window, or if your tracking shows delivered but you don't have it, contact us and we'll sort it out.
